Born right here in Abilene, our mobile café brings together two of life’s simple pleasures—specialty coffee and handcrafted shaved ice—under one roof (or awning). Whether you’re fueling up for a long day of sports or cooling off on a summer afternoon, we’ve got you covered.Our story began with a love for community and a passion for flavor. As lifelong Abilenians, we saw a gap in the local scene: plenty of coffee shops, plenty of snow-cone trucks, but never both. So we set out to change the game—sourcing ethically roasted beans from regional roasters and shaved ice syrups poured in house, using only real fruit and the highest quality syrups. Every cup and cone is made fresh to order, ensuring each sip and scoop is exactly what you crave.More than just a food truck, Black Ice is built for families and fueled by fun. You’ll find us at neighborhood gatherings, sports events, and weekend markets—anywhere folks gather to laugh, play, and connect.
